These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and PZee (“we”, “us”), publisher of the Invoxa app. By downloading, installing or using Invoxa you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Invoxa for a business, you confirm you may bind that business to these Terms.
Invoxa lets you create invoices, export them as PDF, record payments, track expenses and manage clients. All data is stored on your device. Invoxa is a record-keeping and document tool. It does not send invoices for you, process payments, move money, or connect to a bank.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Invoxa on Android devices you own or control, for your own personal or business use, according to these Terms and Google Play’s terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, sell or distribute the app or its content, except where the law allows despite this restriction.
Invoxa is free and supported by advertising from Google AdMob. You may see an interstitial ad after exporting an invoice. Some premium templates can be unlocked for 24 hours by choosing to watch a rewarded video ad; unlock time is not refundable or transferable and may reset if you clear app data. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or the products they promote. How ad-related data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. Features, templates and ad frequency may change over time. Paid options may be introduced in a future version and would be explained before any purchase.
You agree not to: use the app unlawfully; interfere with or attempt to bypass ads, consent screens or app security; use bots or automated means to trigger ads or rewards (invalid traffic); tamper with the app, its APIs or third-party services; or use the app to harm others or infringe their rights.
Invoxa relies on Google Play services, AdMob, Firebase and the document scanner. Your use of those is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct. Apps you use to share or print invoices (WhatsApp, email, print services) have their own terms and privacy practices.
The Invoxa name, logo, design, templates, code and content (other than your own content) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Fonts are used under their open licences. These Terms do not give you ownership of any of it.
Invoxa is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that generated PDFs will render identically on every device or be accepted by any client, bank or tax authority.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, clients or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including data loss, calculation errors, late or unpaid invoices, or third-party ads. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app (which is zero for the free version). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
You agree to hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from the content you create with the app, your invoices, or your breach of these Terms or the law, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using Invoxa at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access to the app (for example for breach of these Terms or legal reasons). Sections that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) continue after termination.
We may update the app, add or remove features, and change these Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts there have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country.
