Invoxa (“Invoxa”, “we”, “us”) is an Android app that helps freelancers create invoices, track expenses and manage clients. The app is published by PZee (“PZee”) on Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Invoxa app and to this policy page.
By using Invoxa you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
To work, the app stores the information you type or choose. All of it is saved locally on your device (in the app’s private storage) and is not transmitted to us:
Invoxa includes the following Google services. They may collect the data below directly from your device. We do not control how Google processes it beyond the settings described here; please also read Google’s own policies linked in section 6.
| Service | Data collected | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Advertising ID (and the ability to reset or delete it in Android settings), IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and OS information (model, OS version, language, screen), app and SDK version, ad interactions (impressions, clicks, ad requests and rewarded-ad completion), diagnostics, and your consent status. | Show and measure ads, prevent fraud and abuse, and personalise ads where you have allowed it. The app shows an interstitial ad after you export an invoice and an optional rewarded video ad to unlock a premium template for 24 hours. |
| Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) | Consent status and a consent record, IP-based region. | Show you the consent form where required (for example in the EEA and UK) and remember your choice. You can reopen it from Settings → Ad privacy options. |
| Firebase Analytics | App-instance identifier, advertising ID (when allowed), device and app information (model, OS, app version, language, country/region), first-open and session information, and an ad_impression event describing ads shown (ad platform, format, ad unit, placement, and estimated value/currency). | Understand app usage and ad performance so we can improve the app. |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Crash and error stack traces, device model, OS version, memory and storage state, app version and an installation identifier (UUID). | Find and fix crashes and bugs. |
| Firebase Installations / Cloud Messaging | A Firebase installation ID and, if enabled by the SDK, a push-notification token. | Required by Firebase services. The app does not currently send you push notifications. |
| Google ML Kit Document Scanner | Images you choose to scan (camera or gallery) when creating a signature. Processing runs through Google Play services; the scanned image is returned to the app and stored only on your device. | Let you capture a clean signature image. Only used when you tap the signature scan option. |
| Google Play services / Play Store | Standard install and update data handled by Google Play. | Distribute and update the app. |
Invoxa does not collect your precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs, microphone recordings, health data, or payment-card details. We do not run user accounts, and we do not receive your name or email unless you contact us.
Legal bases (EEA/UK users): consent (advertising identifiers and personalised ads, through the consent form), our legitimate interest in keeping the app stable and secure (crash reports), and performance of the service you requested (local features).
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only as follows:
Third-party policies:
Data you enter stays on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app or clear its storage. Cached PDF files may be cleared by Android at any time. Data processed by Google SDKs is retained according to Google’s policies (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data is retained for a limited period by Google, and may be deleted on request). Because Invoxa has no user accounts and no server-side copy of your business data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. If you want data linked to your device removed from our Firebase project, email us from the address in section 14 and include your device model and approximate install date.
Your data is kept in the app’s private storage, which other apps cannot normally read, and Android’s device encryption and screen lock protect it. Network traffic used by the SDKs is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your device locked and updated. Files you share or download leave the app’s protection and are in your hands.
Invoxa is a business tool intended for adults (18+). It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will help address it.
Google may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
We may update this policy as the app or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be reflected in the app listing or the app itself. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
